After my session in North Hollywood, I was left pretty disappointed with the couples massage we booked. I was really looking forward to a relaxing experience, but the communication felt off, and the service wasn't as consistent as I hoped. It just didn't meet my expectations. Although the atmosphere was nice, the staff felt unprofessional at times, which added to the frustration. I think better communication and more attention to detail could really enhance the experience. ❤️ Makes me second guess if I’d return anytime soon.

I suggest they put up a notice when they’re not open so others don't have to go through the same disappointment.
