When I first visited for a gel nail service, I was really excited about getting some vibrant nail art. The staff was super friendly, especially Tammy, who took the time to listen to what I wanted. However, I left feeling a bit disappointed because the color didn’t quite match what I'd asked for, and the design wasn’t as detailed as I had envisioned. It felt like there was a disconnect in communication, especially regarding the extra costs for the design features. If they're able to clarify pricing better and focus on color accuracy, I think it would definitely elevate the experience. I might give it another shot, but with more detailed expectations next time!
