I’ll never forget my recent trip to this nail salon. As someone who occasionally indulges in pampering sessions, I was really looking forward to sprucing up my nails. Unfortunately, my experience turned out to be quite disappointing. The nail quality was not what I expected, and I felt like my concerns were met with a bit of aggression rather than understanding. Annie, the technician, seemed rushed and was not as communicative as I would hope. It felt like I was just another number rather than a valued client. I left with less than the desired outcome, which is such a bummer. I really wish they could improve their service quality because this place has so much potential!

I didn’t have the best experience during my last visit to this spot in Manhattan. I decided to treat myself to a French manicure, which I was really looking forward to. The staff was super friendly, especially Annie, who was attentive and personable. However, I was disappointed to notice some bubbles in my manicure and chipping at the edges of the nails within just a couple of days. The drying process seemed rushed; maybe they could improve that part a little. Overall, I think with some tweaks—like faster service and ensuring nails are properly dry—it could really shine. I'll probably give it another shot but with a more careful eye next time!
