I’ve been searching for effective ways to manage my ongoing pain, so I decided to give massage therapy a try in Portland. I had a session with Mary Ford, who was known for her expertise. The therapy itself was quite beneficial in helping me increase my mobility, and I left feeling a bit better than when I arrived. However, I did feel that communication could have been improved, especially regarding the changes in their treatment model. At times, the staff interaction left something to be desired, feeling a bit off-handed and dismissive. I genuinely believe that a little more attention to customer service could make this place shine even brighter. Overall, it was a decent experience, and I may return for more sessions in hopes of better service.
