I instantly felt welcomed the moment I stepped in. The staff here are incredibly friendly and genuinely passionate about what they do. I was on the lookout for some essential oils to help with relaxation, and they took the time to explain the benefits of each one, even suggesting a lovely ylang ylang oil that I absolutely adore now. Not only did I leave with the perfect selection of oils, but I also felt inspired to delve deeper into aromatherapy. Plus, they offer virtual nutrition coaching, which I think is such a great way to get personalized advice from the comfort of home! Overall, a fantastic experience, and I can't wait to go back!

While the selection was impressive, I found a lack of clarity on product availability, and some information on the website didn’t match what I saw in-store. It’s disappointing because I was really looking forward to trying the lemongrass and ylang ylang oils to enhance my home environment. I think they could significantly improve by updating their systems and ensuring better communication between their website and the physical store. Overall, there’s potential here, but it felt like a bit of a letdown.
