I instantly felt at peace the moment I stepped into this charming spot in Seattle. The atmosphere is so inviting, and the selection is just incredible! From the rich scents of the Black Sandalwood incense to the sweet allure of the Vanilla Amber, each fragrance transports you to a new place. Plus, the staff were super friendly and eager to help. I was really looking forward to visiting this spiritual shop, especially with all the beautiful incense and unique jewelry they offer. However, my experience was quite disappointing. Right from the moment I walked in, the staff seemed off-putting and unwelcoming. I felt rushed and disregarded while trying to browse the selection. It's disheartening when a place with such potential has staff that don't seem to care about their customers. A little training on customer interaction could go a long way here. It's a shame because I had my heart set on picking up some of their lovely incense. I left feeling quite put off and won't be returning anytime soon.
