I’d heard so many great things about The Spa at The Highland, so I was really looking forward to my facial appointment. Unfortunately, my experience wasn't what I expected. The facial itself was fine, but the staff interaction left a lot to be desired. The spa manager was quite rude and dismissive, which made me feel more stressed than relaxed. It really put a damper on what should have been a calming experience. I think they really need to improve their customer relations and communication. I hope my next visit will be better because I truly want to love this place! 😞
