I can honestly say my experience was far from pleasant. I had scheduled a medical appointment, and when I showed up, I was met with a staff that could only be described as rude and dismissive. When I tried to clarify some billing concerns, I felt like I was speaking to a wall. To top it off, I ended up canceling my appointment because I was worried about being overcharged. It would really help if they could provide their NPI number upfront and maybe consider some customer service training for the staff. Just adding a hint of kindness could go a long way.
