The Shops At Atlas Park

One thing I didn’t expect when visiting The Shops at Atlas Park was how much fun I could have just wandering around! 😄 There’s a good mix of things to check out—like ULTA Beauty for some pampering and New York Sports Club if you’re feeling a bit more active. While I really enjoyed the vibe, I did notice a few areas that could use a little sprucing up in terms of cleanliness. Overall, it was a relaxed atmosphere to unwind with friends. Might just return for some community events at Queens Community House next time!

I’ll never forget my recent visit to grab a bite at one of the spots here. I was excited to try out the California Pizza, but honestly, it fell flat for me 😕. First off, the waitstaff seemed pretty stretched thin—service was a bit slow, and it took forever for anyone to come by and take my order. By the time I got my pizza, it wasn't even warm! You know that moment when you bite into a slice and expect gooey, melty cheese? Yeah, that wasn’t happening. I really think they need to step up their staff presence and maybe re-evaluate how they keep their food hot and fresh. I’ve had better experiences at other places, but I'm hoping they can improve, because this area has so much potential for a great dining experience!
