Right from the beginning, I was looking forward to a relaxing massage to help relieve my back pain and anxiety. I visit places like this occasionally, hoping to escape the chaos of daily life. Unfortunately, my experience in Zilker wasn't what I expected. The staff seemed a bit detached, and my concerns felt brushed off rather than addressed with compassion. The massage itself was just okay. I didn't get the deep relaxation I was hoping for, and I left feeling more stressed than relaxed. I think a little more attention and understanding from the team could really enhance the experience for someone seeking stress relief. I’d like to see more empathy and responsiveness from management in the future.
