It’s hard to express how disappointed I was after my recent visit in Chula Vista. I had high hopes since I’ve heard good things about their services, but the experience fell short. The staff seemed really unprofessional, and I felt more like a number than a person. I went in for some basic medical services, but I didn’t receive the care or attention I needed. I do understand that everyone has off days, but it felt like no one was on the same page. I really hope they can improve their service because the location is convenient and the potential is there. Hoping my next visit will be better! 🤞

The moment I tried to schedule an appointment here, I felt nothing but frustration. I was in urgent need of medical attention, but reaching anyone on the phone was like trying to catch smoke with my bare hands. After several attempts with no response, I felt completely abandoned. It's really disheartening when you need help and can't get through; it makes the whole process even more stressful. There were definitely moments where better staffing and availability would have turned my experience around. Overall, I just couldn't believe how hard it was to get in touch this place when I really needed it.

It's a mixed bag—while I’m glad I went, I wish the atmosphere matched the expertise.
