I have to say, my experience during the microloc consultation in South Philadelphia had its ups and downs. On one hand, it was great to finally get an honest quote and a clearer understanding of the microloc size I should consider. However, I came in feeling a bit frustrated because the consultation felt a little rushed and not as thorough as I hoped. Erica was friendly, but I would've appreciated a bit more depth in the discussion and some proper introductions to better connect with her. If they're aiming for a fantastic service, spending extra time on consultations could make a huge difference for those new to microlocs. Overall, it’s a decent spot, and I'm still considering the microloc installation, but a little more care during consultations would elevate the experience.
