I never expected to feel so let down by my experience here. I had a medical appointment scheduled, but when I arrived, I was informed it was canceled, and no one seemed to know how it happened. The communication was pretty poor, and the staff felt unprofessional, which only added to my disappointment. I really hope they can improve their coordination and customer service moving forward. It’s such a shame because I was looking forward to my visit! 😞
