What impressed me most during my occasional visits was how knowledgeable the staff seemed. I had recently gone in for a check-up, hoping to get to the bottom of some concerns I was having. After a thorough examination, I was diagnosed with an irregular heartbeat, which honestly left me feeling a bit unsettled. While I truly appreciated their expertise, I couldn’t help but feel disappointed when I left without any concrete follow-up plan to manage this issue. It definitely felt like there was a lack of guidance on next steps, especially given the serious nature of the diagnosis. I think if they could improve on providing clearer action items and maybe establishing accountability for inaccurate diagnoses, that would really enhance the experience. It’s a bit disheartening to have health concerns and walk away feeling like there’s more to be addressed. I wish there had been more proactive follow-up after my diagnosis, as health is such a crucial aspect of our day-to-day lives. Nevertheless, I am open to giving them another shot in the future, hoping for a more rounded approach next time.
