While I waited for my appointment at The Joint Chiropractic, I took a moment to soak in the atmosphere. The chiropractic adjustments provided by the skilled doctors were definitely helpful for my neck pain, and I left feeling much more comfortable than when I arrived. However, my experience was somewhat marred by the front desk staff. I found them to be a bit rude and unprofessional, which really took away from the overall experience that I was hoping for. I believe with a little more focus on customer service, this place could truly shine. I've seen Dr. Kristy and Dr. Jeremy for my wellness plan, and they genuinely care about their patients. I appreciate the flexible options for general visits, but I really hope the staff improves their professionalism in the future.
