Without question, I've had a few visits to The Joint Chiropractic, hoping to find a welcoming atmosphere where I could set up a membership for regular care. Unfortunately, my most recent experience left me feeling quite disappointed. The adjustments were fine, but the staff's attitude was off-putting; I didn't feel welcomed in the way you hope to feel at a health-focused place. It would really elevate the experience if the team could work on their customer service and approachability.
