What surprised me about my experience was the lack of communication regarding the paperwork needed for my daughter's appointment. We arrived, all excited and ready to go, only to find out that she couldn’t be seen because we didn’t have the right ID and documents. I understand that rules are in place for a reason, but I really wish we had been informed about this beforehand. The staff didn’t seem very accommodating either; their responses felt a bit unprofessional and sarcastic, which only added to my disappointment. It would be a huge improvement to notify clients in advance about required documents during the scheduling process. I genuinely thought we’d have a great first visit, but this oversight really left us feeling let down.

It didn’t take long for me to feel hopeful about my visit to The Joint Chiropractic. I was looking for some pain management solutions for my neck, and the office was welcoming, the staff friendly, and the atmosphere pretty chill. However, after my chiropractic assessment, I left feeling a bit disappointed as my neck pain seemed to increase instead of get better. I believe part of the issue was the lack of communication. I would have appreciated more guidance throughout the treatment process, perhaps even some follow-up advice to help manage the discomfort I experienced post-visit. I really want to love this place because I can tell it has potential—I think they just need to enhance their communication with clients a bit. So, if you’re thinking about checking it out, just know to speak up and ask questions!
