It wasn’t long before I ran into some issues with my membership. I was really looking forward to getting some chiropractic adjustments to help with my neck and back pain, but when I tried to cancel my service, things got a little messy. 😕 I was charged even after I believed I had canceled, and it seems like there was some confusion about my unused credits. I wish there had been better communication about the cancellation process and what happens next. Overall, I left feeling pretty disappointed, especially since I was hoping to make this a regular part of my wellness routine.

Right from the moment I stepped into the Cypress location, I felt an overwhelming sense of calm. The atmosphere was inviting and the friendly staff seemed genuinely eager to help. I had been dealing with some neck and back pain for a while, and after hearing such positive things about their chiropractic adjustments, I decided to give it a shot. Ash and Josh, the practitioners, were both attentive and caring, taking the time to understand my wellness goals. The entire experience was wonderful, and I left feeling a noticeable difference in my body and a renewed spirit. I've since learned to appreciate the benefits of regular visits, and I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking to enhance their health and wellness journey!

While the adjustments themselves were helpful for my back and neck pain, the whole process felt messy. I ran into several billing issues that left me scratching my head, and the lack of transparency really made it hard to trust them. The staff interactions often felt a bit unprofessional, which only added to my disappointment. It would really help if they could improve their paperwork and billing processes. I want to recommend them for the actual chiropractic care, but the experience overall was just too challenging.
