It wasn't long before I found myself at The IMA Group for a physical examination I needed to complete for my SSD application. I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly the staff was; everyone made me feel at ease right away. The nurse practitioner who handled my examination was extremely professional and thorough, which definitely calmed my nerves. The whole process went without any issues, and I walked out feeling relieved and ready to tackle the next steps in my application. The only thing I would suggest is to enhance the atmosphere a bit—it felt a little clinical to me. Overall, though, I had a positive experience and would recommend them to anyone in need of similar services.
