To say I’m a bit torn about my experience at The Fig Tree Health Group would be an understatement. I went in for an herbal consultation, hoping to find some holistic support for my kidney issues. Maa, my consultant, was clearly knowledgeable, and I appreciated her insights about products like the cell cleanser and lino. However, it felt like the scheduling and communication were a bit all over the place, which left me feeling more frustrated than healed. I’d love to see some improvements in how appointments are organized. While I didn’t experience the miraculous healing I was hoping for, I can see the potential with better coordination and follow-through!

I couldn't believe how disappointing my experience was when I visited this place. I walked in with high hopes of finding some health products that could support my wellness journey, but the unwelcoming atmosphere hit me as soon as I stepped through the doors. The staff, unfortunately, were quite rude, which made me feel like I was intruding rather than a potential customer. I was eager to get some guidance on their herbal remedies and nutritional supplements, but instead, I left feeling frustrated and ignored. It really threw me off, and honestly, I won’t be returning. A small improvement in customer service could go a long way here!

When I first walked in to pick up my order, I was genuinely impressed by how smooth the entire process was. The staff was not only professional but also super friendly, making me feel right at home. I love the range of health products, especially the herbal remedies and nutritional supplements. Honestly, I was in and out in no time, which is a big win for my busy schedule. If they could just get a picture of the storefront up on Google Maps, it would make finding the place even easier for new customers. Overall, a terrific experience!
