I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing experience we had during our puppy's check-up in Westside, Houston. Once inside the clinic in Houston’s Westside, I was hopeful about getting my pup’s nails trimmed. The price was definitely affordable, which is a huge plus, but unfortunately, my experience left a bit to be desired. I expected a friendly atmosphere for both me and my dog, but the staff didn’t seem very engaged or communicative about what was happening during the service. It felt a bit rushed, and I could tell my pup was anxious, but there wasn’t much reassurance offered. I’d love to see better communication regarding how my dog was doing throughout the process. It definitely made the experience less pleasant than I hoped. I think they have potential, but a little more attention to customer service could go a long way in making this a great grooming spot! 😊
