The Club Houston

After just a visit to The Club Houston in Midtown, I felt completely relaxed and rejuvenated. I popped in to check out their gay sauna, and let me tell you, it was exactly what I needed. The staff was super friendly and made me feel right at home from the start. After a soothing dip in the outdoor heated pool, I took some time in their steam room—such a great way to melt away the stress! They have this really nice dry sauna too, perfect for sweating out the week's worries. If you're in Houston and looking for a spot to unwind, I highly recommend this place!

I walked in hoping to find a place to get back into my fitness routine and was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The gym facilities are top-notch, with a full gym setup that has everything you need—from weights to machines. I enjoyed a refreshing dip in the heated outdoor pool afterward, which was a perfect way to wind down. The sauna had me sweating out all the stress, and the steam room felt rejuvenating. Although I was really happy with the overall experience, I did wish the quality of the bed and pillow was a bit better for when you need to recharge after a workout. Still, I left feeling motivated to keep coming back!

Upon entering, I was excited to unwind after a long week. The amenities looked promising—the heated pool, sauna, and whirlpool all called my name. However, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment after a rather rude interaction with the staff. It's hard to relax when the people you’re expecting to help you seem less than welcoming. Honestly, I think staff training could go a long way here. Let's just say, I left feeling more stressed than when I arrived. Would love to see some improvement on that front!
