I went in for a surgical procedure, hoping for a clear understanding of the costs involved, but it felt like pulling teeth just to get basic information about the financial side of things. 🌧️ The staff wasn’t as helpful as I had hoped, which only added to my concerns. I understand that things can get complicated in the world of health and wellness, but a little transparency could make such a difference. What’s the deal with not providing clear estimates? It really makes it hard to plan and feel secure in the choices I'm making. I appreciate the medical care offered here, but I genuinely believe they could improve their communication—especially regarding costs. Hoping for a little more clarity next time! ❤️

I recently scheduled a consultation for hand therapy, hoping to get proper treatment for my hand injury. Unfortunately, I walked away feeling quite disappointed. The staff interaction was not as welcoming as I expected; I encountered some rudeness that made the experience even less pleasant. I really wish they had emailed the questionnaire in advance, as it would have helped streamline the consultation. It would also have been nice to know Dr. Buntic's availability upfront. Overall, I was hoping for a more positive outcome but didn’t find the support I needed.
