I must say, my experience with this place was incredibly frustrating. I went in for a psychiatric consultation, hoping to address some troubling reactions I was having to my medication. Instead, I felt like I was talking to a wall. Dr. Kane was supposed to help, but I left feeling more confused and unheard. The staff's attitude didn't help either; they seemed rude and dismissive, which made an already sensitive situation even worse. It's disheartening to seek help and feel like you're met with unprofessionalism rather than compassion. I really wanted to trust the process and find a solution, but I ended up feeling more lost than when I walked in. For anyone struggling with mental health issues, make sure you choose a team that genuinely listens and supports you.

I've been seeking mental health support for a while, and my experiences at The Aleph Center have left me feeling a bit frustrated. While Jodi Blanchard, whom I saw for therapy, had a warm approach, I encountered inconsistency when it came to billing. More than once, I was charged an incorrect co-pay amount, which made me question the overall management of their services. It’s disheartening when you’re trying to focus on your mental well-being, and instead, you’re dealing with billing issues. I think they need to step up their game in this area and ensure that patients are charged correctly and transparently. Until then, I can only offer a cautious recommendation.
