Without question, my experience here in Boulevard Oaks was frustrating. I had booked an appointment online through Zocdoc, eager to seek medical consultation. I arrived only to find out that they didn’t have my appointment scheduled, which was a huge letdown. I tried to communicate with the staff, but it felt like they were not fully on the same page regarding their new patient policy. I appreciate that these things can happen, but better communication would go a long way in preventing this from happening to others. It left me feeling quite disappointed, especially when I was looking forward to addressing my skin concerns. I hope they improve their communication processes for future patients.
