Once inside the Texas Recovery and Infusion Centers of Health, I had high hopes for a relaxing anniversary outing, especially since I was looking forward to some float therapy. However, my experience quickly turned into disappointment. Despite having scheduled my appointment, it seems there was miscommunication about my visit, which left me feeling a bit lost and frustrated. I understand these things can happen, but a little more attention to customer service would go a long way in making clients feel valued. I was looking for rest and relaxation, but instead, I left feeling quite the opposite. I really hope they can improve their communication in the future because I genuinely wanted to enjoy the soothing benefits of what they offer. Their facilities looked lovely, and the range of services like cryotherapy and IV infusion seem like they could provide a lot of benefits. It would be a shame not to capitalize on that potential.
