Texas Orthopedic Hospital

It’s hard to describe my experience at the hospital in the Medical Center Area of Houston. I came in with high hopes for some orthopedic surgery on my hip, thinking this was going to be my ticket back to a normal life after a series of uncomfortable months. However, what I encountered was far from my expectations. While the facility itself is nice and relatively easy to navigate, my interaction with the staff left much to be desired. There seemed to be a significant lack of accountability and professionalism. I often felt like I was just another number rather than a patient in need of care. Communication could use a serious upgrade; I often found myself waiting long hours for answers or updates, which only added to my frustration. I genuinely believe that with better communication and a commitment to accountability, they could drastically improve the patient experience. I wish I could give a glowing review, but unfortunately, my experience fell flat.

I’ve been going to Texas Orthopedic Hospital in the Medical Center Area for a while now, and I can honestly say it’s been a game changer for my back pain. After spending time with Dr. Munshi, who is incredibly friendly and expert at what he does, I finally decided to try an epidural steroid injection. The relief I felt was nothing short of miraculous! I was skeptical at first, but with the care I received, I walked out feeling like a new person. The staff made every visit so pleasant, always making sure I was comfortable and informed. If you’re in Houston and struggling with pain, this place is a true gem!

After just a few days in recovery here, I can genuinely say it was an outstanding experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt as though I was surrounded by friendly faces, which made everything less stressful. The care I received from Dr. Hoda and the entire team was exceptional. They took the time to explain every detail of my hip surgery, making sure I was comfortable and confident about the whole process. The supportive atmosphere really helped in my healing journey. Plus, the attention to detail in patient care truly made a difference. I couldn't have asked for a better experience during such a challenging time!
