It wasn’t long after I walked into this imaging and lab facility here on the Northwest Side of San Antonio that I started feeling frustrated. The entire experience felt disorganized, and it left me with more questions than answers. While I encountered some staff members who were genuinely helpful, the overall communication was lacking. I found myself wishing for clearer instructions and a more streamlined process, which would have made the experience a lot smoother.
