I was really hoping for a smooth experience when I needed a consultation, but it turned into a bit of a headache. The front desk staff was polite and helpful, but I ended up waiting a lot longer than I expected. I get that things can get busy, but there was little communication about how long the wait would actually be. I just wanted to get in, get checked out, and get on with my day. Who knew a simple medical visit could turn so frustrating? Here's hoping they can figure out a better system for keeping patients in the loop about wait times. It really makes a difference! 😕

I wasn’t expecting to feel so frustrated after my recent visit. I had scheduled a new patient appointment in hopes of finally getting some much-needed pain relief, but things quickly went sideways. The communication about appointment scheduling was extremely poor. I arrived only to find out that there was some sort of internal mix-up, and I was not in the system at all. What made matters worse was the interaction with the staff. Instead of being understanding, I felt like every question I asked was met with defensiveness, which only added to my frustration. I was left feeling like I wasted my time and still in need of help for my issues. For anyone considering a visit, I suggest they seriously work on their communication processes concerning appointments. It’s crucial for patients, especially those like me who are dealing with chronic pain. Overall, this experience was a letdown, and I'm not eager to return anytime soon.
