I think it's important to have transparency about costs, especially for someone who's just trying to take care of their health. It would also be great if they could provide a detailed copy of the bill right after the visit. While the services like diabetes education and general family health care are definitely a plus, I believe they could improve on the administrative side to make the experience smoother for patients like me.

When I first visited for family care, I was hopeful for a strong doctor-patient relationship. The staff was undoubtedly knowledgeable, which gave me confidence. I’ve had some satisfactory experiences, but I really look forward to seeing them refine their organization and deliver more consistent care. I want to keep coming back, but I hope to see improvements in those areas.
