When I first visited Texas Health Resources in Vickery Meadow, I was looking forward to a routine wellness check. The doctor was genuinely nice and seemed to care about my health, which I appreciated. However, I was a bit disappointed with the overall experience. There were some communication hiccups regarding additional charges that weren't explained up front, which left me feeling a bit blindsided when I received the bill. I think it's important to have transparency about costs, especially for someone who's just trying to take care of their health. It would also be great if they could provide a detailed copy of the bill right after the visit. While the services like diabetes education and general family health care are definitely a plus, I believe they could improve on the administrative side to make the experience smoother for patients like me.

I definitely think they could improve in that area. Overall, if you're looking for great care, I'd still recommend it for the attentive service, but just be prepared to keep an eye on the administrative side of things!
