There’s something truly special about the supportive environment here. I met with Michelle for counseling, and she was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and understood. Her approach made it easier for me to open up about my struggles with addiction, and her insights were both encouraging and empowering. After each session, I left feeling more motivated and hopeful about my journey to getting clean. The entire staff is so friendly and genuinely invested in your well-being, which makes all the difference. If you're considering a path to recovery, I can't recommend this place enough!

What drew me to this place in Houston was their reputation for quick approval for take-home medication, which has been a lifesaver for my substance use management. The staff made the process feel welcoming and friendly, alleviating some of my initial frustration. I appreciate how they incorporate counseling into the treatment plan, especially when it comes to options like Vivitrol and Suboxone. However, I think there's room for improvement, particularly with the weekend take-home timing. It sometimes felt a bit rushed, which can be stressful. Overall, though, I'm grateful for the support I've received here and how accessible they've made the treatment. Definitely a good choice for anyone navigating similar struggles in Spring Branch Central.

I never expected to feel so let down during my visit for treatment in Spring Branch Central. It’s tough enough seeking help for addiction, but when you feel misunderstood by the staff, it just adds to the emotional distress. I was hoping for compassion and a bit of support from Vicky, who I was told would be guiding me through the process. Unfortunately, her demeanor felt cold and unsympathetic, leaving me feeling more anxious about my ongoing journey towards recovery. I really wanted to connect with someone who understood my struggles, but instead, I felt dismissed during our interactions. I think it’s crucial for staff in this field to actively show empathy, especially when patients are at such vulnerable points in their lives. I genuinely hope that Vicky can take this to heart and learn to be more caring towards those seeking help because that's what we truly need—someone who listens and shows they care. As challenging as it is, I'm still committed to my treatment; I just wish my experience was more supportive overall.
