Arriving hopeful, I was met with an unhelpful staff who seemed indifferent to our urgent needs. If only I had been aware of their procedures beforehand, we could have avoided this disappointment. I couldn’t believe how unhelpful my recent visit to Texas Children's felt. We needed urgent care for my child, and while I appreciated the quick check-in, the staff seemed rather unconcerned about our issues.
