I have to be honest; my experience was really disappointing. The service at the clinic felt cold and unwelcoming. As a woman of color, I couldn't help but feel like I was treated differently than some of the other patients. The staff seemed dismissive, and the care provided did not meet my expectations. I visited seeking support for a health issue that has been weighing heavily on me, but instead, I left feeling even more worried and unsupported. I’d highly recommend they work on their staff training regarding sensitivity to cultural differences and improve the overall treatment of minority customers. It’s crucial that every patient feels seen and valued. Unfortunately, my visit just felt like another checkbox in a system that needs a better approach to truly care for everyone.

I’ve been searching for a place that could help me understand my son's condition better and I'm so thankful I found this incredible facility in the Astrodome Area. Dr. Steven Lazar took the time to evaluate my son for autism, and I can’t express how much his calm demeanor and deep understanding reassured me. The staff was exceptionally friendly, making us feel welcome right from the start. The entire process was smooth, and their commitment to pediatric care made a world of difference. Thanks to their thorough evaluation, we now have clarity and guidance for my son's needs. After visiting Texas Children's Hospital for my child's medication management, I have to say I left feeling quite disappointed. The staff interactions were notably unfriendly, which made an already stressful experience even tougher. I understand that everyone has tough days, but being in a medical environment, especially with a child who has intellectual disabilities, I was hoping for more warmth and support. Communication with the staff was lacking; it felt like my concerns about my child’s medication were not taken seriously. I believe there’s a good opportunity here for the team to improve their customer service and enhance their communication skills. It's so important when dealing with sensitive situations. I really hope my feedback can lead to improvements for future visits.
