I wasn’t very impressed with my experience at the health center in Camelback East Village. I had high hopes going in for therapy, especially with the need for local support around mental health. Unfortunately, my sessions felt rushed, and I often left feeling more confused than when I arrived. I really think there’s a need for better communication and appointment management. A couple of times, I had to reschedule, and it was more of a hassle than it should have been. I just wanted a space where I could feel safe and understood, but it fell flat. I hope they can work on their therapist skills and come up with a clearer system for clients.

I can honestly say that my experience with the probation services here left me feeling a bit disappointed. While I was able to get the important documents I needed for legal compliance, the communication could have been much better. I often felt left in the dark regarding the timeline of my case, which made the whole process stressful. While the staff seemed knowledgeable, their uncommunicative approach really hindered my experience. A little more transparency and timely updates would make a big difference. Overall, I appreciate the services offered, but there's definitely room for improvement in how they communicate with clients.
