A friendly greeting or a bit more engagement could really elevate the experience for customers. It’s a shame because I’ve seen great reviews, and I was looking forward to leaving with a smile—hopefully, my next visit will turn that around!

Once I tried the cupping massage, I was hooked! 😊 Putri’s technique was excellent, and I loved the variety of massage oils available. It really helped with my stress relief, and I left feeling so much lighter. Just a small head's up—the noise level could be toned down a bit, it was a tad distracting. Also, a free coffee station would be a nice touch for those moments before and after treatments. Overall, a great place to unwind!
