Right from the moment I stepped into the facility in Center City East, I felt a mix of hope and frustration. The space itself was clean and organized, which I appreciated, especially when it comes to health services. However, my experience at the reception desk was less than welcoming. The receptionist seemed confused and didn't answer my questions clearly, leaving me feeling more anxious than I should have been before my appointment. I really think they could benefit from some additional training to offer better service. Overall, while the medical facilities seem top-notch, the front-line experience could use some work.
