I couldn’t believe it when I arrived for my appointment only to find out that the doctor was sick and couldn’t see me. It was frustrating, especially because I had taken time off work to be there. The front desk staff seemed a bit overwhelmed and the communication about the appointment cancellations could definitely use some improvement. I was really looking forward to my consultation and left feeling disappointed. I hope they can get better at notifying patients about such changes in a timely manner.

After my first appointment in North Philadelphia, I left feeling more confused than reassured. I was really looking forward to my consultation, but I struggled to get clear communication about my appointment status, which was disappointing. I had to wait a lot longer than expected with very little information from the staff, and when I did finally get in, the interaction felt rushed and unprofessional. I hope they can improve their communication because I really think the services offered can make a difference.
