I must say, I left feeling a bit disappointed after my visit. While I was hoping for some relief from my chronic pain, the staff didn't seem particularly welcoming or eager to help. I understand that sometimes there might not be a straightforward solution, but a little compassion and effort in patience would go a long way. I occasionally seek assistance for my pain, and it would be nice to feel like the nurses actually care about my experience, even if they're unable to offer immediate help. A small gesture of engagement could really make a difference!

I must say, my recent visit was a mixed bag. The staff greeted me with warm smiles, which set a positive tone right away. However, when it came to the doctor, things took a turn. I went in for a health check-up and ended up receiving an antibiotic prescription, but the bedside manner left much to be desired. I expected a bit more compassion and clarity, especially since I'm aware that consultations can be tough on both sides. A little kindness goes a long way! Overall, decent service, but it could really shine with some improvement in communication from the medical staff.
