I wasn't really impressed during my last shopping trip. I went in with the intention of picking up a few household items, hoping for a quick and easy experience. Unfortunately, the checkout process felt awkward, primarily due to the staff interactions. It was uncomfortable; the cashier seemed distracted, almost like I was bothering her just by being there. I appreciate a quick checkout, but this felt rushed and lacking any warmth. I think they could really improve the customer experience by encouraging staff to engage more positively with shoppers. Overall, while I occasionally shop here, I'm left feeling like I might look for alternatives next time.

After just a quick run to pick up a few essentials in Central LA, I found myself a bit frustrated. While I appreciate the wide variety of health screenings and vaccination services offered nearby, accessing the items I needed turned into a little adventure of its own. A few aisles were locked up, making it tricky to grab what I was looking for. Limited interaction with staff didn’t help much either. I'd suggest opening up those locked aisles for easier access—sometimes you just need to grab a cough remedy or a health product without the extra hassle. Overall, it’s a decent spot, but a little more openness would definitely improve the experience!
