Target

I wasn’t expecting such a frustrating experience during my return visit. I had a couple of items that didn’t quite work out, and the whole process was a headache. Anavel, the staff member who assisted me, was unfortunately quite rude. It felt like I was more of a nuisance than a customer. They were dismissive and didn’t really help me with my concerns at all. I left feeling more stressed than when I walked in. I just wanted to resolve my return smoothly, but it turned into a hassle. I truly hope their customer service can improve because this visit left a sour taste.

My first impression of the Target at Southpark Meadows in Austin wasn't the greatest. I was hoping for a quick shopping trip, but I found limited stock on a few essentials I needed, and the checkout lines were a bit crazy with barely any staff around to help out. It felt frustrating, especially since I usually expect a smooth experience at Target. I think they could really improve by having more staff on hand during busy times to make the experience better. Just a little more efficiency could go a long way!

I have to say, my recent experience left me feeling quite disappointed. While I appreciate the variety of services offered, my in-store shopping felt a bit off. I couldn’t shake the feeling that I was being profiled, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. It would really help if the staff received better training on customer interaction. Just a bit more warmth and understanding would go a long way. I know it can be a busy place, but feeling welcome is so important when shopping!
