After my session, I felt a mix of confusion and disappointment. I went in for a Pap smear and an IUD removal/insertion, eager to get some preventive health care done, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t go as planned. The Nurse Practitioner seemed a bit unsure during the procedure, which made me uncomfortable. I believe that it's really important for practitioners to stick to what they know best, especially when it comes to something as personal as this. The staff were kind and the environment was welcoming, but I wished for clearer communication about what to expect. Overall, while I appreciate the effort, this specific visit left me feeling like it could have been handled better. I might consider coming back, but I hope the staff can ensure everyone is well-prepared in the future.
