I couldn't shake off my disappointment after my recent visit. I was really looking forward to some solid stress relief, but the whole experience felt off. The staff seemed a bit pushy about what they thought I needed, rather than listening to my preferences. When I left, I honestly felt worse than when I walked in. I hoped for a soothing deep tissue massage to take away the tension, but it ended up being more overwhelming than relaxing. I think if they focused more on actually respecting customer preferences, it could make a world of difference. I'm not sure I'll be back anytime soon.

I think it would really help if they could adjust the pressure based on what the client needs. So, while I appreciated the ambiance and the care, I walked out without the relief I was after.
