When I first visited, I was hoping for a quick nail repair since I was in a bind. Unfortunately, the experience left me feeling disappointed. The staff seemed a bit rushed and distracted, which made the service feel unprofessional. My nails didn’t get the care they needed, and I walked out feeling like they weren’t repaired satisfactorily. I really think they could improve by focusing on customer service and refining their skills in nail repair. I left wishing I had gone somewhere else.

I must say, my experience at Taday Nail Spa in Bronzeville left me with mixed feelings. While the atmosphere was inviting, I felt the service was a bit rushed. I had opted for a no-chip manicure and pedicure, hoping for that long-lasting elegance. Unfortunately, my nails started chipping way sooner than I anticipated, which was frustrating. It would have been great if the staff took their time and ensured everything was perfect, rather than feeling like they were racing against the clock. On a positive note, the tools looked clean, and I appreciated the effort put into the nail art designs. I think with a little more attention to detail, Taday Nail Spa could really shine!

I couldn’t be happier with the birthday set I got! Carol worked her magic, and my nails looked absolutely stunning for my special day. The attention to detail in the custom design was impressive, and it felt like she really took time to make sure everything was perfect. The vibe in the place was so friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. If you're gearing up for a celebration or just want to treat yourself, I highly recommend checking this place out. You won't regret it!
