The first thing that struck me when I walked into this place in South San Jose was the vibrant décor. I had high hopes for my son’s dental appointment here, especially since it's local and all about kids' dental care. However, I found the staff's interaction to be less than inviting. They seemed rushed and a bit unprofessional, which left me feeling disappointed. The delays meant we didn't receive proper treatment, leading to a referral elsewhere. I really think they need to work on their time management to ensure that each child gets the care they deserve without feeling like just another number. It’s a shame because the atmosphere promised so much more!
