SWEET MOMENT NAIL AND PEDI SPA

While I waited for my appointment at Sweet Moment Nail and Pedi Spa in University Place, I was hopeful about the nail service. However, my experience was somewhat disappointing. From a distance, my hands looked acceptable, but up close, I noticed the cleanliness of the nail tips was lacking, and the thickness of my nails was inconsistent. On top of that, the staff seemed stressed and rather inattentive, which really detracted from the overall experience. I had come in for a special event, and unfortunately, I left feeling underwhelmed. I think they could really benefit from a bit more focus on cleanliness and customer service to elevate the experience. Fingers crossed for better next time!

From start to finish, I was excited about my visit for a manicure and pedicure. The atmosphere was charming and friendly, which made me feel right at home. Dana, who attended to me, was warm and welcoming, and I really appreciated that. However, I must admit I walked away feeling a bit disappointed. The service felt a bit rushed, and as much as I love a quick pampering session, I would’ve preferred to have a bit more time devoted to getting my nails just right. The results weren’t bad by any means, but I was hoping for something a little more polished and perfectly finished. Perhaps focusing a bit more on the details and quality would elevate the experience for everyone. I might drop by again occasionally to check it out, but I'll be sure to mention I’d love a longer session next time!

While I was visiting University Place, I decided to treat myself to some nail and pedicure services. I was completely blown away by how thick and beautifully manicured my nails looked after my appointment. Dayna was so friendly and made me feel right at home. The pedicure was nothing short of amazing—think comfy chairs, soothing music, and all the pampering you could hope for! It was just the escape I needed, and I left feeling fabulous.
