Since my visit, I have mixed feelings about my experience. While the medical team was knowledgeable and handled my surgery with expertise, I felt the recovery process was a bit rushed. I ended up developing pneumonia because there just wasn't enough time given during recovery before I was encouraged to leave. It felt like the emphasis was more on getting patients out rather than on ensuring a proper healing process. I understand the outpatient approach is convenient, but I believe longer recovery times could greatly benefit patients, especially in minimizing complications. While the staff was friendly, they came across as a little pushy, which added to my disappointment. Overall, I wish the care had focused more on the post-operative aspect, as that’s crucial for a safe and speedy recovery.
