After my session, I have to say, I left feeling like a new person! Alicia at the salon in Santa Monica really knows her stuff. I asked for a fresh haircut, and she delivered the perfect one—I've been getting compliments left and right since then! The atmosphere was super friendly, and Alicia took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. If you’re looking for a place that really understands haircare, this is it! I’d highly recommend swinging by for a service—you won’t regret it!

I never expected to be so disappointed after my visit. I opted for a haircut, hoping for a refreshing look, but unfortunately, the result was far from what I envisioned. The layers were cut too bluntly, lacking the softness and blend I was after. It felt like I had walked out with a look that didn’t suit me at all. On top of that, the staff didn’t seem very helpful during my appointment. When I asked for some advice on styling my new cut, I felt more like an inconvenience than a valued customer. I’ll think twice before returning, but I do hope they can improve on blending techniques in the future.
