Sunny View Medical Center

I never expected my experience at Sunny View Medical Center in Camelback East Village to be this mixed. I was hoping for a smooth medical consultation, especially when I really needed to consult someone about my health improvements. Dr. Doris was knowledgeable and seemed to genuinely care, which was a plus. However, the wait time was frustrating. It felt like I was left hanging longer than necessary, and I noticed the front desk staff seemed overwhelmed, maybe from overbooking. I think they could definitely benefit from streamlining their appointment schedules and improving their customer service response. If they could work on these issues, I could see Sunny View being a fantastic place for wellness in the future.

It wasn’t long before I found myself needing a medical consultation in Camelback East Village, and I decided to visit this center. While I eventually received the care I needed, the experience was a bit disappointing due to delayed communication regarding my test results. I remember waiting longer than expected, and when I finally reached out for updates, the staff's responses felt a bit rude. I think there's definitely room for improvement here, especially in customer service and keeping patients informed. On the positive side, Dr. Clark was quite knowledgeable during our appointment, but it would have been nice to have a better support experience throughout.

I can honestly say I was incredibly frustrated trying to schedule an appointment here. My calls went unanswered, and even when I managed to get through, the response was less than helpful. It felt like no one was really interested in assisting me, which was disheartening. I hope they improve their phone response because it's such a crucial part of providing care.
