I’d highly recommend checking out other options if you’re looking for a smooth tanning experience. I was excited to try some tanning services, but the customer service left a lot to be desired. When I reached out to freeze my account, there seemed to be a lot of miscommunication. The staff didn’t seem well-informed about their policies, which was frustrating. I felt like I was bounces around without getting clear answers. It's a bummer because I was really looking forward to getting a nice tan. I think they could definitely improve things with better training for their staff and clearer communication. Overall, I walked away feeling disappointed. 🌧️
