I must say, my recent visit to get a nail polish change on my feet and a hand polish was sadly disappointing. I've been to other places in Hutto, Texas, that really knew how to pamper and care for my nails, but this time around, it felt like I was just another number. First off, the polish application was a bit rushed, leaving some uneven edges and a few bubbles, which definitely isn’t the polished look I was hoping for. Plus, the staff seemed a bit distracted. I tried to communicate my concerns about the color I wanted, but it felt like I was chatting with a wall! I love indulging in self-care treats every now and then, and I had high hopes for a relaxing experience combined with beautiful nails. A bit more attention to detail and clearer communication could have gone a long way. Who knows, maybe with some tweaks, they could nail it (pun intended) next time, but as it stands, I might need to find a new go-to spot for my nail needs.
